You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend. A cleaning fee of €16 per night and pet applies. Please note: Don Corleone rules the house. However, our resident cat is not easily disturbed and greets newcomers with the utmost respect—or indifference.
We have a private parking lot 190 meters away, reserved exclusively for our hotel guests. If you arrive during our check-in hours, we will gladly park your car for you. We will also bring your luggage to your room, as our historic building (still) does not have an elevator.
Yes! We have a bicycle garage in Goldene Ringgasse. You can get the key at reception.
Our rooms are usually ready from 2:00 PM. Please note that during peak season, we may sometimes reach our limits and might not always have everything ready exactly on time. We take great care in our work and only hand over your room when we are completely satisfied. In return, you can take all the time you need on departure day.
… No rush! Enjoy your breakfast and pack at your leisure. We have great timing. If you need to stay past 11:30 AM, just let us know. You are welcome to leave your car and luggage with us for the rest of the day.
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival date. After that, we may charge 80% of the accommodation price—but only if we are unable to rebook your room. We still recommend purchasing travel insurance, just in case.
You don’t have to do anything. However, we do recommend it, as our closing days and staff planning depend on occupancy. We are happy to welcome you spontaneously at the restaurant, but please note that we do not automatically reserve tables for hotel guests. First come, first served. We recommend reserving before 5:30 PM.
Absolutely! Just let us know the day before, and you can enjoy a full breakfast for €10 per person (7:30 – 10:00 AM).
