All wrapped up in a thousand years of history, our Romantik Hotel hugs the protective walls of the Markus Tower.
Way back in the 11th Century this lovingly restored building was a guesthouse and tavern, the first port of call for travelers on foot and on horseback visiting the town. Even in those days the wines were stored in our roomy, vaulted cellar.
If you are interested in the history of this wonderful building, please do not hesitate to ask us about the many things that have happened here over the past 1,000 years.
Or check it out on the Internet – we have free wireless access in the entire hotel. Modern meets medieval.
Your hosts, the Berger family.
